Payment and Refund Policy

At Pickle Park, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our members and guests. Below are the terms and conditions related to payments, bookings, and refunds. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these policies.

1. Payment Methods

1.1. Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept payment through the following methods:
● Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
● Online Payment Platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
● Bank Transfers (for events payments)

1.2. Payment for Services:

All services, including court bookings, events, lessons, and membership fees, must be paid in full at the time of reservation or registration unless otherwise specified.

2. Court Booking and Event Registration Payments

2.1. Court Booking Fees:
Court bookings are required to be paid in full at the time of reservation. The payment secures your reservation for the selected time slot/slots.

2.2. Event Registration Fees:

For events such as tournaments, clinics, and social events, full payment is required at the time of registration. Failure to pay by the registration deadline may result in the cancellation of your spot.


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds for Court Bookings:

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before: If you cancel your court reservation more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., illness or emergency), a partial refund or credit may be considered at the discretion of Pickle Park management.●

No-Show: No refunds will be provided for "no-show" bookings.

4. Processing of Refunds

4.1. Timeframe for Refunds:

Refunds will be processed immediately upon cancellation.

4.2. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the customer’s credit wallet within the online booking system.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1. Force Majeure:

Pickle Park will not be held liable for refunds or compensation if an event or court booking is disrupted or canceled due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergency situations.

5.2. Health and Safety Concerns:

If a member or guest cannot attend due to health issues or injury, we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, a partial refund or credit may be offered.

6. Account Holds and Suspension

6.1. Non-Payment:

Bookings may be released if fees are not paid in full by the due date. Pickle Park reserves the right to refuse access to the courts or facilities until the account is settled.

7. Changes to Payment and Refund Policy

7.1. Policy Amendments:

Pickle Park reserves the right to update or modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be communicated via email and posted on our website. It is the responsibility of members to review the policy periodically.
